Ski Tech is not responsible for injuries from its customer's activities, or the correct choice and/or setup of your ski safety equipment such as bindings. Whilst every effort shall be made to understand your fit and requirements, any injury or damages caused by incorrect setup of ski equipment shall remain solely the responsibility of the customer. We recommend having ski equipment set up and checked by your local ski store or ski technician to ensure its fit and safety features are suitable.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Australia.
